Hiring: Operations Executive

We are looking to recruit driven, self-motivated individuals who are adept at multitasking into our Operations team.  The right candidate will exhibit attention to detail and possess excellent time management and prioritization skills. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team in making sure campaigns go live on time, and for enabling sales process – chasing digital advertising assets from the advertiser/agency and managing campaigns through its lifecycle.

Other duties will include:

• Responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and performance of the customers’ campaigns.

• Involved in campaign set-up, reporting and proactive troubleshooting.

• Reviewing and approving advertiser creative assets.

• Sending out periodic campaigns updates to the client via screenshots and mid-campaign reports

• Ensure that campaigns are effectively and efficiently managed and working with sales colleagues to optimise where possible.

• Ensure delivery of campaigns to contractual terms.

• Provide clients with the up-to-date specs for all creative asset types.

• Maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels.

Skills:

• At home with the Windows Operating System and will ideally be comfortable around electrics.

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Actively use email and other personal communication tools like WhatsApp.

• Happy to discuss trunking and cable management with electricians but also at ease with networking and calculating UPS requirements for an installation.

• A demonstrable interest in digital advertising operations.

• Strong understanding of campaign management aspects and technologies, including ad serving, creative types etc.

• Ability to build and maintain client and supplier relationships.

• Team player with capacity to work with little or no supervision.
