Wazobia Theatre’s Aléjó at Terra Kulture In December
Product Description
After an exciting outing at the Lagos Creative Industry fair – Eko Akete 2015, Wazobia Theatre’s ALÉJÓ has been selected to wrap up this year’s edition of Theatre@Terra.
In a very hilarious manner, ALÉJÓ portrays the story of a beautiful young girl who’s infected with a strange disease. Locked outside the doors of friendship and love by family and colleagues… Rejected, humiliated and utterly depressed. She embarks on a journey to nowhere. Her mission: REVENGE! She lurks around…. Who will fall prey?
Written and directed by: Ikenna Jude Okpala.
ALÉJÓ is a creative fusion of dance, drama and music and features a great ensemble of versatile performers including Okeke Stanley, Alexander Okwumah, Ihuoma Daniel, Silvia Oko-Oboh, Gbadamosi Jubril, Balogun Adeleke and Justina Afor.
