The House of Oduduwa, Rejuvenee and Bolanle Austen-Peters Production are proud to announce Queen Moremi a stage play. This is a tale of courage and immense sacrifice and a struggle for the soul of Yorubaland. Queen Moremi tells the story of an indomitable woman who gave herself up to save her people from war and famine.

This Musical celebrates womanhood and comes at a time when the issues of women in culture, politics and of course in a societal context is at the forefront of world consciousness. This wonderful story of one of Yorubaland’s iconic women should be seen and enjoyed with family, as it will inspire the next generation of indomitable African women.

Directed by the indefatigable Bolanle Austen-Peters and featuring a stellar cast that includes Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, Kunle Afolayan, Kemi Lala Akindoju, Tosin Adeyemi this production promises a visual feast as well as an uplifting experience and is showing in the stunning purpose-built theatre at TerraKulture through the holiday season.
